Our Commitment

We take great care to ensure your gift arrives looking perfect. Because many of our products are personalized or made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless there is an issue with the product. However, if you are unhappy with your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at service@jollygogo.com within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the issue. We will promptly arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund—your satisfaction is our priority.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 12 hours, your order may already be in production or shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible. If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.
